Where is KDEDIR and QTDIR on redhat 8.0 ??

Hi..

I have looked for a possible KDEDIR and QTDIR.
Can't find it on redhat 8.0

       $ export KDEDIR=/where/your/kde2/or/kde3/is
       $ export QTDIR=/where/qt-2.3.1/or/qt-3.0.x/is
       $ export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$QTDIR/lib:$KDEDIR/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
       $ export LIBRARY_PATH=$QTDIR/lib:$KDEDIR/lib:$LIBRARY_PATH
       $ export PATH=$QTDIR/bin:$KDEDIR/bin:$PATH

According to this both should have a sub dir 'lib' and 'bin'
I can't find it.

Can anyone tell me :-)
