Kdevelop 2.1.3 on RH7.3

I have already compiled Kdevelop 2.1.3 on RedHAt 7.3 and KDE 3.0.3.

I used "./configure --prefix=/usr" because KDE on Red Hat resides under /usr
using the rpms for QT 3.0.3 is fine.
