Kdevelop 2.1.3 on RH7.3

If you are using KDE3, Kdevelop lives in /opt/kde3/bin. So, run configure with 
the --prefix=/opt/kde3 option. Then type make, and (as root) make install. 
That should do it. When running it, do /opt/kde3/bin/kdevelop.
