KDE widgets in .ui Files

Hi!

This might be a bit off topic, but I know of no other place to ask. I 
developed a programm with KDevelop for KDE2/QT2. I used QT designer for the 
dialogs. My QT designer has not only offered me QT widgets, but also KDE ones 
(KIntSpinBox, KTextbrowser etc..).

I now upgrade to KDE3/QT3 and mny new designer no longer knows KDE widgets. 
When i load a form it simply omits the KDE widgets. And I am no longer able 
to compile the programm correctly, since also uic no longer knows about KDE 
widgets.
uic inserts forward declarations like "class KIntSpinBox" but since it doesn't 
know about KDE it never adds include <knuminput.h>  and thus compiling fails.

How do I get QT to see KDE again???
