ui files cant call qt designer to open

hi everybody,

when i opened new ui file using kdevelop a browser opened that tell me to 
choose an application to open with and i didnt find the QT designer there so 
how to call it.
this happens although when i open tool->qtdesigner it opens and runs well.
so the problem now is when i open a ui file in kdevelop it cant call 
qtdesigner or i cant locate it so what to do to repair this problem.
