Makefile issue

Hi there,

Firstly, I'm really impressed with KDevelop - it makes coding C/C++ on Linux
enjoyable. Well done!

However, I'm having a small problem with the makefile created by the default
automake files in my project. When I run make install, the makefile installs
my program with 'i386-linux-' added onto the start of my program name. Why
does it do this by default, and how do I fix it?

If it's important, I'm using Red Hat 7.3, KDevelop 2.1, automake 1.4-p5, and
autoconf 2.53.

Thanks,
Paul Eggleton
