Comment on KDevelop's use of autoconf

I was discussing some autoconf modifications for my KDevelop project with 
someone familiar with the GNU build tools, and he said this:

"Do you have a way to regenerate it? KDevelop is using Autoconf internals,
which is strict verboten.  That's being broken by 2.53, apparently."
