RPM builds under Kdevelop 2.0.2 (solution)

of course admin should be EXTRA_DISTed because there are install scripts 
inside, which I forgot...

anyway certain functionality of admin shouldn't be used again after 
tarballing it....
(e.g. make -f Makefile.dist... that's was I meant)

I have to admit: The removing of admin from the tarball is a little bit 
exaggerated.
