changes from KDevelop 2.0.2 to today's KDE_2_2_BRANCH-cvs

Falk, 
there are numerous issues with KDE-3 still. For example the dialog that
is supposed to let you set the fontsize for the html views doesnt come
up. 

That's been broken for a while. 

Also I can make it crash about once a week, cant debug the crashes
though.
