changes from KDevelop 2.0.2 to today's KDE_2_2_BRANCH-cvs

Hi,

QObject::connect: No such slot CKDevelop::slotCompileCombo(const QString&)

This slot should fire if the new "select your favourite 
compiler/platform"-combobox in the toolbar gets activated.

Ralf? Did you forget to commit it?
