multiple targets with kdev 2.0/2.1

Hello,

I believe I've partially self-solved the problem
I posted in previous email.

I added a -llocal3 and a -L./local3 (assuming the
library which wasn't linked was liblocal3.a)
and now also the second target links to the end.

I still don't understand, though, why the first
target links without need for additional linker directives,
while the second target is able to link liblocal1.a,
liblocal2.a, but NOT! liblocal3.a if I don't tell it explicitly.

However, as I found a partial solution,
I can survive till "gideon" will be out :-)
