kdevelop 2.0.2 & qtdesigner 2.3.2

This may be a really dumb question, but how do I edit the default UI form with
Qtdesigner when I choose a KDE or Qt framework?  The project compiles, and
I get the default main window, but I don't know how to modify it within
KDevelop using QtDesigner.  Thanks for any tips.
