New FAQ online

Hi,

as some of you might have already noticed, we've put the KDevelop FAQ online 
now (http://www.kdevelop.org -> documentation). There is a lot of information 
about project management and the autoconf/automake stuff, so even experienced 
KDevelop users might take a look.
Thanks to Anne-Marie Mahfouf for the french translation.
