some small questions about kdevelop 2.1 (kde 3.0 beta2)

I can reproduce this. I can remove the MDI View Taskbar by either
activalting/deavtivating it, or by switching to the Tab Page Mode.
Perhaps this helps to find the Problem.
I use a quit new KDE_2_2_BRANCH cvs version.
