some small questions about kdevelop 2.1 (kde 3.0 beta2)

Hi there!

I´ve just installed the new kdevelop 2.1 along with kde 3.0 beta2.
Great work!

But there are two things I don´t understand:

The MDI View Taskbar is enabled everytime I start kdevelop. But Ive
deactivated it in the "view" menu.

I cannot reduce the size of the output window(below the source window) like
I did with the kde2 version of kdevelop.

any ideas?
