How can I include the *.ui Files into KDevelop!

Hi guys!

As I have been learning C++ on konsole, KDevelop worked flawlessly.
But now I want to make graphcical programs, and therefore, I have created a 
*.ui File, which I have converted into a *.cpp and a *.h File.
I included this files to my project, but now I have the problem that I do not 
know at all how to include them.

Could anybody help me by posting a very, very easy-understanding tutorial?
