No rule to make merge

Hi,

I've got a problem with KDevelope to make the .pot files with "Make messages and merge".  gmake says:
No rule to make "merge" (gmake -C po merge). 
A similar question is asked before in the mailing list but I did'nt find an answer.
May be some has one?

My System: KDE 3.04, Kdevelop 2.1.3, SuSE Linux 8.0
