KDevelop and Emacs

Hi Folks,

I've just started using KDevelop, and I'm very impressed.  I would like to
use EMACS as my editor.   I've searched the archives; this does not seem to
be possible, at least at the moment.

Is anyone working on this?  Could someone point me in the direction of
further information.
