Crosscompiling for arm/Zaurus

I am sure this has been discussed in detail already, but I am stucked. Can 
someone lead me in the right direction ? I installed the Qtopia qte libraries 
and the Embedix tools. I try to convert a Qt3.0 project for the Zaurus. When 
configuring, I get lots of errors concerning the libz, libpng, libjpeg... 
What am I missing ? I already followed the hints at
http://www.uv-ac.de/ipaqhelp/
but I am not sure that is what I need. Isn't there a foolproof howto ?
