compiling the QT tutorial using autoconf/automake

yes... I am not an expert but I am making a tutorial I call "LOVER" Language Object Version Educative Rudimentary.... My aim is (as I don't like coding "text") to put together "fonction and make an "editor" !

Great : It helps compiling the qt-tutorial.
The only thing that bothers me a little is that the scripts I'm dealing with
now are quite large and seem do do lots of things that I don't need (I only
need to check for QT and where the headers are).
Anyways, it's start.
