QExtMDI app missing files

QextMDI is an addon to Qt. That's why it has got the same directory and 
project structure like Qt. And it's based on qmake, last but not least 
since I don't like autoconf/automake. ;-)
Of course, everything looks different from the view to build a KDE library.
