Where can download real kdevelop-2.1_for_KDE_3.0

I have download kdevelop-2.1_for_KDE_3.0.tar.bz2 from 
ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/3.0/src/. But when I compiled it, I found 
it is just kdevelop-1.4 !!!. And its README says it is "kdevelop-2 for 
KDE2" !!! 
Who can tell me Where can I download a real package of 
kdevelop-2.1_for_KDE_3.0?
