Bug: Curser disappears when switching into Kdevelop

This behaviour is right because the editor must lose the focus when you 
activate a tree tool-view. How else could you get keyboard control for 
navigating in the trees? In KDevelop-2.0 it was a bug, you never get the 
chance to navigate through the tree with the cursor keys.

If someone is cool, he could implement the focus policy of the 
tool-views as choice in the settings. ClickFocus-only for the mouse 
freaks and StrongFocus for the keyboard fans.
