Bug: Curser disappears when switching into Kdevelop

yes, after a while it disappears, but we are not sure why. Seems to be a focus 
problem that is very hard to reproduce. You could help us much by trying to 
find a sequence of clicks that leads to the disappearing cursor.

After it disappears, just switch to another file and switch back, the cursor 
should be there again.
