exactly - can't see a qt-3.x-devel package below !
in addition, you have all the qt-1.x and qt2.x stuff still around,
so it is very likely that kdevelop looks in the wrong place.
check carefully your QTDIR,LD_LIBRARY_PATH,KDEDIR ...
