Kdevelop broke

Hi all, 

I have upgraded to KDE 3 and now Kdevelop seems to be broken.

when I try to use build I get an error:

QT > = QT 3.0.2 header and libraries not found. It also tells me that QT 
designer is not installed when I try to use it.

Here is what I get back when checking for these packages:

it seems I have everything I need, does anyone see anything missing or out of 
place? I think Kdevelop is looking in the wrong place, if this is the case, 
how could that be fixed?
