try (in bash)

export LANG=C
kdevelop

and you can jump to error messages again... I'll commit a patch soon, it will 
be in KDevelop 2.1.1

Without backtraces we cannot fix it. Note that code completion is marked as 
"experimental" so just switch it off if it troubles you.
