is this a bug, i cant make the doc under kdevelop2.0.1

I use the kdevelop2.0 application wizard(under kde 2.2.1) to create the template, all is ok except the ./doc/en cant be made, i named the application "hi", but when make in ./doc/en, i got mistake, the makefile use "/usr/bin/meinproc --check --cache index.cache.bz2 ./index.docbook" but got the error message"

I edit the file "/usr/share/apps/ksgmltools2/customization/entities" to add the "hi" entity, this time the meinproc recognized the "hi", but edit this
file dont seem to be a good idea, is this a bug , hope your answer, thank
