Cannot make distribution

    I'd love to send a patch, but I'm in crunch mode on a project right now, so it would have to be at a
minumum of a few weeks (assuming I could successfully produce said patch). My solution was to unset
CDPATH and copy the index.docbook.

    Incidentally, is anyone else having problems getting meinproc to process their index.docbook? I had
to edit several things in order to get it to run through meinproc... I'm certainly not knowledgable w/
docbook, but I was able to make it go. (I'm ordering a docbook book tonight!)

    I am indeed sorry that I can't provide a patch soon....
