compiling kdevelop

I have to reinstall my whoole system.
KDE2 is running fine, also kdevelop 1.4.

But i want kdevelop2.xx
I have downloaded it from cvs (on my old system it compiled fine)
Now i get the error:

ktip.h
kprinter.h
no such file or directory. What i must installing for?
