compiler options

When opening a prject (kxicq) on KDevelop, I don't know why compiler options, 
compiler warnings and liker options are deactivated (so, I cannot change 
anything thare), and some options that used not to be activated, like binary, 
now, they're activated. Why is kdevelop doing this ? and how can I solve it ?
