kdevelop does not put compilation flags into distribution

Hi,

I inserted -fwritable-strings under user compilation options in kdevelop 1.4. 
When compiling within kdevelop the flags are used. But when making a 
distribution, the flag is missing when compiling is done.

I inserted it manually with AM_CFLAGS.

Any hints?
