Installing C/C++ reference pages

I'm running kdevelop 2.0 under FreeBSD 4.4-RELEASE.

I downloaded c_cpp_reference-2.0.tar.gz from the kdevelop FTP site.  I unpacked it,
ran configure, did a make and a make install.

Everything has run to completion.

When I click on the C/C++ Reference item under the Books tab, no page is displayed.

It seems that .../reference/C/index.html is missing.  Is that right?

Can someone mail me the page, or tell me how to fix the problem?
