Sorry, I thougt it was hardcoded into the binary.

You can get it from:

anonymous at cvs.php.net:/repository 
cvs co phpdoc 
maybe 'anonymous' as password. 

I don't have verified this but it should work. (I have got this info from a 
workmate)
