Sorry, but the generated code is hardcoded into KDevelop. Nevertheless you 
can change it on your own KDevelop copy. :-). 

BTW: for Gideon (KDevelop3) we will need new "new class" dialogs for 
different languages. Your file template is a really good idea so if someone 
want to implement this, just checkout Gideon (the current CVS version 
compiles flawless:-)) and start hacking. Help is always welcome. Only 3-4 
developers work on Gideon currently.:-(
