in the prefix, you've chosen, there are no KDE headers installed.

Hi,
please use "Build/Configure..." and insert as argument --prefix=/use/local/KDE2 
(and maybe also --with-qt-dir=/where/qt2/will/be/found)
After that you can Rebuild your sources with the correct pathes.
Having setted the values inside
Options->KDevelopSetup->Path
means that every NEWLY created qt 2.x and kde 2.x project inserts automatically these 
arguments to configure for the first time.
