KDevelop bug: Classes are not deleted when their source files are deleted

KDevelop 1.4 (SuSE 7.0 RPM):

I deleted (via the right click menu in the Files tab) the source and header 
file which defined a class. However, the class still showed up afterwards in 
the Classes tab, despite the fact that there was no longer any definition or 
even reference to it in any file.

The class needs to be deleted from the Classes tab when the defining files 
are deleted.
