Using VIM as the text editor in KDevelop

Hi all,

For some (admittedly good) reason this topic keeps on coming up.

Please see the head version of kdevelop (also known as kdevelop3.0). This is
a development version (ie unstable) that uses the editor part from kdelibs.
It is not correct and it's insufficient but it is a pointer to what could be
done.

Until someone puts up their hand and says "Here I am - I'll do it" it'll
remain not correct and insufficient, despite all the suggestions and mail
about this subject.

PS. KVim may not become a KPart as there are significant technical
difficuties in doing this or so it's been rumoured at one time...

PPS: Java support (from Richard Dale) has just been added to kdevelop3.0. Now
if that doesn't get people more excited in supported kdevelop3.0 then I give
up...
