Edit Slot ???

Hello,

Excuse for this very simple question, but I'm a true beginner..

In QT Designer, I edit slot for a PushButton, but the button Edit Slots is 
not enabled ?? How create a new slot, if I go to "Edit Slot" by menu, I can 
create a new Slot, but I don't connect this slot with my button ?
