cannot find qt libraries

I specified --with-qt-*, I seted up QTDIR to /usr/lib/qt2, I added 
/usr/lib/qt2/bin/ to the path and I'm working with a fresh kdevelop 1.4 
(without old configurations).
It still doesn't work...
