cannot find qt libraries

If you are using KDevelop make sure that the correct path is set in 
the Options/Setup/Paths.

When all else fails rm config.cache and re-run configure
and if that doesn't work try all these 
--with-qt-dir=wherever  
--with-qt-includes=wherever 
--with-qt-libraries=wherever
in the configure dialog box that pops up when you run configure

Worse case scenario would be to delete the ~/.kde/share/config/kdeveloprc
and rerun kdevelop with the setup option. I have a feeling that the paths are
not being setup correctly and it might be picking up the wrong directory.
