recocnition of QtDesigner

I installed KDE 2.1 together with kdevelop 1.4 (which is part of the 
RPM-distribution) on my SuSE 7.0 system.
When starting kdevelop on an old project (started with kdevelop 1.3) kdevelop 
does not start designet on ui-files. During setup designed was detected.

What can I do?
