Not updating Makefile correct

Sorry about that.....
R.H 6.2
KDE2.1(rpm install, tried with kdevelop that was with this setup, didn't 
work
pulled out the .tar.gz kdevelop from ftp.kde.org , i belive.. or mirror,
compiled it and got the symptoms described before.....)
gcc 2.91.66
