Adding sub folders

Hi,

Thanks for you help people. I've got it working now. I have to create a dummy 
class in the directory with the dialogs. Then I compile the project which 
genreates the .cpp and .h files for the dialog. After this the dummy file can 
be delete. Also new dialogs that are added after these steps work ok.
