missing kdevelop1.4 in download

Hi,
I looked for kdevelop1.4 at the main KDevelop ftp site 
(ftp.e-technik.fh-muenchen.de) but there was only a beta-version. Having 
asked a mailinglist and they said, I sould look at ftp://ftp.kde.org where I 
found kdevelop1.4.
Why isn't kdevelop1.4 at ftp.e-technik.fh-muenchen.de?
