final touch for 2.0

suggestion for the 2.0 release:

a file with all the requirements (apps, docu etc.)

reason: just released that suse 7.2 has got an old ctags which results
in a
strange message about fortran types
(btw. the --setup options doesnt check for ctags at all)

and it would help all the package maintainers to specify the right
dependencies
