Header files and Libraries

No. The KDE header files are automatically installed with the kdelibs
package. Maybe your distribution split the libraries and the header
files (which is common for qt though), so you may have a look at your
distro´s CD´s. Otherwise they are located in $KDEDIR/include. Same goes
for the Qt header files, they should be in $QTDIR/include. If you don´t
find any, have a look at your cd´s for a Qt devel package or something.
For using the library headers of KDE to make a HTML API documentation
out of them, please read the kdevelop manual; you need kdoc having
installed and a package of the kdelibs package as sourcecode unpacked on
your system.
