kdevelop 1.4 bug

Hi,

Fixed in cvs.

This also fixes a crash if you try to open a non-kdevelop project file.
KDevelop now needs a config entry of "kdevprj_version=1.3" within the
project, otherwise it won't try to load it.

I might need a better test for "is this a kdev prj", as old files (very old
files?) may not pass this test. So if it causes you problems, complain and
we'll come up with a better test.

Seems like you've found the right mailing list, but in kdevelop1.4 try menu
entry Help/Report Bug. This is the standard kde2.1 bug reporting dialog that
allows you to click straight through to the kde bug report system at
http://bugs.kde.org.
