Icons Problems...

Hey, I have been playing with the lastest CVS and for some reason on my box 
the application templates have stopped copying icons into new projects.

Has anyone else seen this?

I have the latest CVS (as of 5 minutes ago) and it still does this.
I cannot tell if it is mysetup or what.

If anyone else is haveing this problem please let me know.
