Linking kde1.2 with qt2.2.0

Hi I m new to this environment and i wnat to ask a few questions
1-I have kdevelop 1.2 installed and i have two version sof qt installed q1.45
and qt 2.2.0 now the problem is that when i want to compile code for a kde project
the kde files (.so)link with qt 1.45 and not qt 2.2.0 has nay body any idea
how this problem can be solved (i did look at the .la file does that make any
diference?)
